A. Eligibility:
1. Age not exceeding 25 years as on 01-02-2014. Relaxation up to 5 years will be considered based on relevant, commensurate prior experience.
2. Any Graduation, preferably B Com, in 10+2+3 format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognized university (with minimum 50% marks for Executive(on probation) position). Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
3. Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in operations/sales/retail credit.
4. Fluency in Marathi besides English is a must.
5. Candidates should be willing to take up outdoor work like sales, marketing, inspection, liaison with SRO, panel valuer, advocates, work related to banking transactions etc.
6. Possession of a 2-wheeler and valid driving license will be advantageous
B. Emoluments :
1) For Executive(on Probation): Starting Gross Pay Rs.16000/- (approx) per month plus other benefits as per Company policy. Probation period is generally 1 year (extendable based on performance)
2) For Trainee : Stipend shall be paid as per Company policy. Starting Stipend is Rs.6000/- per month. Stipend will depend on prior experience. Meal coupon will also be provided besides stipend.
