SJVN LIMITED (A Joint Venture of Govt. of India & Govt. of Himachal Pradesh)An ISO 9001:2000 Company A Mini Ratna & Schedule ‘A’ PSU Notification for Apprenticeship Training SJVN LIMITED, A Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking after successful commissioning of 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh is emerging as a multi project company with following Hydro Power Projects allocated to it for development, operation and maintenance: 412 MW at Rampur, 588 MW at Luhri, 66 MW at Dhaulasidh, 363 MW in Uttrakhand, and 900 MW Arun-III in Nepal and 1170 MW in Bhutan. SJVN is also diversifying into thermal, solar and wind energy generation with 1320 MW at Buxar and 47.6MW at Khirewire along with entering into transmission business.
In commitment with its social responsibility towards the local population and with a view to provide an opportunity to the local technically qualified youths to upgrade their skills, SJVN invites applications for apprenticeship training from the candidates who are permanent resident of Sub-Division Rampur of District Shimla or Sub-Division Nichar of District Kinnaur or Sub-Division Anni of District Kullu of HP in the following disciplines:-
