The objective of the National Rural Livelihood Mission/National Rural Livelihood Project (NRLM/NRLP) is to enhance the economic opportunities, access to basic amenities, and participation in community decision making for the poor, with a focus on women and marginalized groups in 15 targeted districts of Rajasthan.
The objective will be achieved through support under six broad components: (i) Institution Building ; (ii) Training and capacity ; (iii) Revolving Fund & Capital Subsidy; (iv) Interest subsidy; and (v) Infrastructure and Marketing (vi) Admin Costs. The NRLM/NRLP are being implemented in fifteen (15) districts of Rajasthan, namely Jaipur, Ajmer , Jodhpur ,Chittorgarh, Alwar, Jalore, Barmer, Sirohi, Jaiselmer, Pali, Ganganagar, Sikar, Jhunjunu ,Hanumangarh and Bharatpur.The state project management unit will have the responsibility for management & implementation of mission strategies.
The district project management Unit would be coordination, managing, supervising & supporting project implementation. The PFT are the primary implementation Unit within the overall project structure.
NRLP intend to have a dedicated & sensitive support structure & hire quality human resource at District & PFT level .
NRLP has engaged SRIJAN Infratech and Development Services (P) Limited (SIDS, in short) as an agency to provide job basis services.
All positions filled through open market recruitment are offered on a contract basis for two years, contracts to be renewed every year based on performance review.
The persons would be employed by and in SIDS who will provide their services to NRLP.
Such human resource will report to appropriate leadership in NRLP organizational structure.

There are 45 vacancies at the district level and 160 at the PFT level.
The posting to a specific district is not guaranteed and it is sole discretion of NRLP even though it may try and meet the expectation of a candidate.
