Applications are invited in the prescribed form from qualified candidates including eligible persons now working in CAPE for appointment to the following posts on regular/deputation/contract basis in the Engineering Colleges under CAPE.

2	Scale of Pay	37400-67000+AGP of Rs. 10,000/- + special allowance of Rs. 2000/- Rs. 85,000/- for contract appointment
3	Age Limit	Not exceeding 56 years for regular appointment and not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment.
4	Qualification	1)BE/ B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant subject with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech 2) Ph.D in appropriate discipline 3) Post Ph.D publication and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable
5	Experience	1) Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or Research and/or industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Professor 2) Flair for management and leadership is essential.OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry.

4	Qualification	1)BE/ B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant subject with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech 2) Ph.D in appropriate discipline 3) Post Ph.D publication and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable
5	Experience	Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or Research and/or industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry.
6	Last date of submission of application is	23.11.2013, 5.00 PM

Self-attested copies of relevant documents in proof of age, qualification, experience, etc. and a registration fee of Rs. 500/- as DD drawn on any nationalised Bank or Kerala State Co-operative Bank in favour of the Director, CAPE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram shall be forwarded with the application.
