i) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination. ii) National Council of Trades for Vocational Training (NCTVT) certificate in the relevant trade failing which ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder. iii) On the unavailability of NCTVT certificate holders, ITI or equivalent Diploma/ Certificate holders will be considered. iv) Engineering Degree & Engineering Diploma will not be accepted as qualification for Direct Recruitment. B) FOR LOWER DIVISIONAL CLERK (LDC): i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. ii) Skill Test Norms ‘only on Computers’. Having typing speed of 35 words per minute in English OR 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer. (35 words per minute OR 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depressions Per Hour and 9000 Key Depressions Per Hour on an average of 05 Key depressions for each word). |
