MINISTRY QF QEFENCE RECRUITMENT OF MAQDOOR GROUP ‘C’ IN 344 COY ASQ (SUP) TYPE ‘B’ C10 56 APO
1. Application are invited from eligible Indian National candidates fro filling of the vacancies as under:-

Qualification-:(a) Matnculation and equivalent examination of University/Board.
(b) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Note :- (a) One vacancy for ex-servicemen are reserved. Vacancies will be filled up first from any category and then will be adjusted horizontally against respective categories.
2. Ex-Serviceman selected for appointment will be placed against the reservation category (ST) to which they belong. If the applicant selected belong to (ST) they will be first placed in that respective category.
3. Ex-Serviceman 5 Service rendered in Army/Navy/Air Force shall be allowed to be deducted from actual age of the individual and if the resultant does no exceed maximum age prescribed for the post by more that three year‘: he shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit.
4. Criteria Application to above Post :-
(a) Age limit : (on last day of receipt of application) - 18 to 30 years.
5. The following tests are likely to be conducted for post of Mazdoor :-
(a) 1.6 Kms Running with in 6 minutes (b) Sit Ups (c) Chin Ups
(d) Lifting of 50 Kg weight (e) Stacking of Packages
(f) Written Test: (i) Gen Intelligence (ii) Gen Knowledge
(iii) Numerical Aptitude.
(g) Interview (h) Oral Test (j) Medical Test
6. All test for the post of Mazdoor will be held on screening basis ie the candidate has to pass in the first test in order to be eligible for the second test and so on.
7. Candidates selected will be on probation for a period two years.
8. ST candidates who apply against un-reserved post will not be given any age or other concession meant for ST. Similarly, ST candidates selected on merit vis-avis the general candidates would not be counted towards ST quota
9. Reservation
(a) Reservation for ST will be as per existing policies, SCISTIOBC caste must be listed in the central list for OBCs as per Govt of India, Ministry of Defence letter No 16033/36/94-Estt (SCT) dated 28 Jul 1996
(b) One Vacancy for Ex-Serviceman is reserved.
10. Candidate must indicate his Caste/Category in the appropriate column of the application form (SC. ST. UR & OBC only). Leaving the caste column blank would not automatically be assumed as an application for General un-reserved category and the application would be rejected.
11. Enclosures. The candidates are to attach photocopy of the following certificatesldocuments duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. No original certificate are required to be forwarded along with the application.
(a) Education Certificate of matriculation 10th.
(b) Proof of Date of birth (Matriculation Certificate).
(c) Medical certificate from a registered govt medical practitioner for physical standards.
(d) Caste Certificate in case a candidate belongs to any reserved category duly signed by the competent authority
(e) Character certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer not more than six months old.
(f) Proof of Indian Nationality.
(g) Two coloured passport size photograph to be affixed on application and Admit
Card respectively in addition. four passport photographs are required at the time of
written exam and interview.
(h) Current Employment Exchange Registration Card, if held.
(j) One self addressed envelope of size 12x18 cms duly affixed with postag stamps of Rs 25/- should be attached for dispatch of acknowledged/admit card.
(k) ID Proof-PAN card/Adhar card/Ration card/voters card.
(I) Discharge certificate (Ex-Serviceman only)
12. Application as per format given in Part-I and Part-ll on A4 size paper duly affixed with attested recent photograph should reach the office of the 344 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘B’. PIN-905344, Clo 56 APO by registered post only within 21 days (28 days in case of candidates belonging to Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep Island). Date of publication of this advertisement in Employments News will be taken into account for calculation for 21/28 days. Application received after the due date will not be entertained under any circumstances This office will not be responsible for any postal delay or delivery default.
13. No application will be accepted in person or by hand or through any representative. Candidates are to mentioned following in Capital letters on top of the appIication:-

14. Unsigned! incorrect application form, columns left blank or supporting documents not
found attached will render the application form "NULL & VOID" and will be rejected.
15. Reiection. Application not fulfilling the laid down criterié and following acts and omissions will be cause for rejection of application:-
(a) Furnishing of false inaccurate or tampered information.
(b) Obtaining support for his candidature through unfair means.
(c ) Impersonation.
(d) Submission of fabricated/false documents.
(e) Making statements which are incorrect of false or suppressing material information.
(f) Improper/incomplete filling of application form.
(g) More than on application submitted by the applicant for the same post.
(h) Any other influence from outside or use of incorrect procedure for acceptance of application.
(j) Any variation in the material/matter (Including date) written in hand by the applicant in the apptication form with the details on attached documents.
(k) If the applicant is found overage on the last date of receipt of application indicated at para 11 above his application will be rejected.
(I) Not meeting/Qualifying/Passing the laid down Mandatory Educational Qualification/Standards/T est.
(m) Resorting to any other irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for the selection.
(n) Over writing/incorrect information.
(o) Unattested photograph.
(P) Unattested copies of education certificate, caste certificate. domicile certificate, discharge certificate and backward class certificate not duly signed by
appropriate authority.
(q) Any other reason as observed by the Board of Officers.
16. Acknowledgement Card - Test/Interview will be held at 344 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘B’ on date mentioned in acknowledgement card for ease. Applicants should report to Presiding Officer on date and time of test/interview as mentioned in acknowledgement card. No separate letter except acknowledgement card will be issued. The Individual should be in possession of acknowledgement card sent by this unit nd all original documents for verification at the time of interview. Individual who are not in possession of V will not be entertained.
17. Conduct of ghyslcallPractlcal Test. On reporting for physical tests/practical, the original documents will be checked. Candidates not meeting any of the laid down Standards/test or educational Qualification will be rejected at that stage itself and will not be allowed to take part in further test/examinations as all standardsfT est are mandatory. Candidate failing in a particular test will not be allowed to proceed for the next level of test.
18. Candidates will physically present themselves for testfinterview with original stamped Admit Card and duplicate copy of application. They will also produce all original documents along with two attested photo copies of all relevant certificate/documents mentioned at para
11 at the time of reporting for recruitment otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in the recruitment testfinterview. No individual would be entertained in the absence of admit card issued by this office. Applicant/candidates are required to bring with them wrting material like pen and clip board etc for written test.
19. No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be paid to the candidates. They have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging.
20. Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria does not automatically entitle a person to be called for test/interview Registration of application does not guarantee for employmentlrecruitment to the post.
21. Post is permanent however subject to individual compileting two years probation successfully.
22. Appointment. Selected candidates will be given appointment letter by concerned authority subject to verification of character and antecedents from the concerned District Magistrate/Police authorities. Medical fitness from Medical authorities- Education qualification. Experience Certificate and Caste Certificate from the concerned issuing authorities and date of birth certificate.
23. Selected candidates will have all India Service liability.
24 The unit will not be responsible/liable to pay any compensationlrelief in case of any damage/loss/injury/casualty (Fatal/Non Fatal) suffered/sustained by candidates during and after the recruitment test/process.
25. Interview. Candidate who qualify in physical test written testlMedical test will be called for interview.
26. Dispute. Any dispute with regards to the recruitment will be subject to jurisdiction of Court of Ajmer (Rajasthan) only.
27. Disclaimer. The number of posts/vacancies is tentative and subject to increase/decrease. The recruitment process can be cancelled/suspended/terminated by Officer Commanding 344 Coy ASC (Supply ) Type ‘B’ at any stage and his decision in this regard will be find and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.
